
A 20-year-old Manitowoc man facing multiple charges in connection to a “berating police”
Incident Wednesday afternoon is free on a $2500 recognizance bond.
Anthony R. Lowe Jr. is charged with Disorderly Conduct-Possessing Drug Paraphernalia and Four Counts of Bail Jumping. Officers were conducting a check of Washington Park when they noticed two men under the shelter of the bathrooms and recognized they were “not allowed” in any city park. Lowe began yelling and using profane language adding they could not tell “his spirit where to move through space” and that they don’t own the land.
Officers located methamphetamine, bottle of vodka, and seeds believed to be for a marijuana plant. Condition of bail is that Lowe have “no contact” with any park in Manitowoc’s city limits.
His initial appearance is scheduled for October 12th at 1:30.
