There are now three schools within the Sheboygan Area School District who have confirmed cases of COVID-19 within their walls.
The first case was reported at North High School back on September 8th, with South High following suit three days later. The newest case was reported at Longfellow Elementary, although as was the case at the other schools, it is not known if the patient is a student, teacher, or staff member.
Investigations are also underway at Parkview Elementary School in Plymouth, and Bethlehem Lutheran School in Sheboygan as well as at Lakeland University.
All schools are working with the Division of Public Health to perform contact tracing in all the cases.
