There has been another domestic violence arrest in Manitowoc.
The Manitowoc Police Department was informed of a domestic incident in process at 8:50am Tuesday morning, and dispatched officers to the home in the 800 block of South 35th Street.
When they arrived, they spoke with the homeowner, who said she was letting a homeless couple live with her for a few nights.She told officers that the couple was in the bathroom and began to argue because the woman would not have sex with the man. When they exited, the witness said she saw the woman slap the man, and he responded by grabbing her by the throat, and pinning her to a wall.
Damage was also seen inside the bathroom, indicating that a physical altercation happened in there as well.
The 18-year-old man was arrested on charges of Disorderly Conduct with a Domestic Violence Order, and Misdemeanor Bail Jumping.
