New plans are being formulated for the former Sheboygan Press building.
The owners of the structure located at 632 Center Avenue in Sheboygan originally wanted to rent the space out as office space, but now Grace Capital Group is hoping to transform it into an apartment complex.
The building could house 30 urban loft style apartments, with a majority of them sizing in at under 1,000 square feet.
Plans are also being put together to have a designated room for yoga instruction for the residents.
The owners say that adding these housing options is good for the local economy.
