The Manitowoc Police Department have released the name of the person facing charges for putting a racist note on a car in the Walmart parking lot.
Cathleen A. Yauch is facing charges of Making a Terroristic Threat with a Hate Crime Enhancer, as well as three counts of Bail Jumping, two felony and one misdemeanor.
Officers were called to the Walmart on Calumet Avenue in Manitowoc at around 2:00 PM last Friday to investigate the claim. The note was a mock hunting license for black people, but it used the derogatory term.
The officers used the security footage of the parking lot and found that Yauch had put the note on the vehicle.
According to the report, Yauch has not yet been located.
