Depending on which sports news story you read, reigning N-B-A Most Valuable Player Giannis Antetokounmpo will soon move to one of about six-to-eight different teams – or, he’s definitely going to stay in Milwaukee.
The Bucks are going to offer him a super-max, five-year, $250-million contract in the offseason. If he doesn’t sign, the circus begins.
Antetokounmpo has consistently said he wants to stay in Cream City. Despite that, dozens of stories have already been written about him being traded or leaving as a free agent after next season.
He has said he wants to play for a winner and two straight early exits from the N-B-A playoffs are giving fuel to the stories about different versions of his future.
