A Sheboygan man is facing a felony charge after he allegedly attempted to incite riots and looting on Facebook.
22-year-old Shawn D. King posted the threats shortly after the shooting of Kevan Ruffin Jr on July 2nd.
His first post, which went up on the morning of July 2nd, stated in part, “If Sheboygan Don’t go up in flames tonight it would be only by Gods grace” and called on people to protest and riot.
King had a warrant issued for his arrest on September 3rd and is facing charges including Making a Terrorist Threat and Disorderly Conduct.
The officer involved in that shooting, Officer Bryan Pray, was found to have not have been at fault in that shooting.
