Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers has had to deal with a tough Minnesota defense in his career.
That’s a major reason Rodgers has a six-and-six career record against the Vikings, but that defense wasn’t as rugged last season.
Only five of the Vikings’ 11 defensive starters are back for Sunday’s 2020 season opener. Five are on other team rosters and pass rusher Danielle Hunter is sidelined with an injury.
The last time the two teams met was two days before Christmas – a victory for the Packers. Za’Darius Smith had 3.5 sacks and 6 quarterback pressures in that contest.
Pregame coverage will begin on 107.9 FM WOMT and WOMTRadio.com at 10:00 AM this Sunday.
