
A Green Bay man has pleaded no contest to a charge of Reckless Homicide in the death of his 23-day-old son.
The son of 33-year-old Jeremiah Thomas was found unresponsive in his apartment on January 22nd, 2018, with two skull fractures, breaks in 10 of his 12 ribs, and breaks in both his legs. Thomas admitted to police that he had dropped the child twice, picked him up by his feet, and spanked the child.
Thomas is facing 60 years in prison when he goes back to court for his sentencing on November 23rd.
