Three city groups are scheduled to gather this evening in the City of Manitowoc.
First up is the Municipal Tree Commission, who will convene at 4:30 PM in the Council Chambers and will be taking a look at some urban forestry grant opportunities and will perform their annual review of forestry fees.
Meanwhile in the lower level of the Public Safety Building, the Police and Fire Commission will be gathered in a closed session to look over a complaint about the Fire Department, and to give the Police Department an employee performance update.
Rounding out the evening will be the Personnel Committee, who will be gathering at 6:00 PM and will start the meeting off with time for the public to comment. They will also be entering a closed session to discuss firefighter and police contract bargaining and to discuss recruitment for a new finance director.
