A very popular event returned to Two Rivers over the weekend, but with a significant change.
Kites Over Lake Michigan had a different venue, as we heard from organizer and owner of Unique Flying Objects, Chow Chong. He explained that they held the event at Two Rivers High School instead of at Neshotah Beach due to high water levels.
Parking was much improved over the normal venue, as about 600 spaces are available at the high school.
A shuttle was operating between the Neshotah Park area and the high school.
