Formal charges have been filed against a 39-year-old Nevada man who is accused of setting a woman he didn’t know on fire.
Joel Murn had apparently traveled to Waukesha from his home in Las Vegas intending to injure family members.
He mistakenly thought Amber Fuller was his cousin as he attacked her last week while she walked her dogs.
Family members say Murn has a history of mental health issues that have been caused by a traumatic brain injury he suffered years ago.
He’s being held on a cash bail of $1 million and has a court hearing set for Wednesday.
