USA Today’s Golfweek has formulated a list of the top ten courses in Wisconsin, and four of them are in Sheboygan County.
Golfweek used over 750 raters, who used a 1-10 scale for their rating to compile the list. Whistling Straits Straits, which was scheduled to host the 2020 Ryder Cup prior to its postponement, took the top spot, also ranking number 7 on their Best Modern Courses in the U.S. list as well. Blackwolf Run River in Kohler and Whistling Straits Irish in Mosel came in number 6 and 7 respectively in the state, and 93 and 167 in the country.
Rounding out the top ten in Wisconsin is Blackwolf Run Meadow Valleys in Kohler, which did not make the national list.
