The woman charged with helping two state prison inmates escape has entered a not guilty plea during a brief appearance in Columbia County Circuit Court.
46-year-old Katherine R. Wooderick faces two felony counts of escape as a party to a crime.
She was arrested last April.
Investigators say Wooderick picked up escapees Thomas Deering and James Newman from a Poynette grocery store shortly after they got away from the Columbia Correctional Institution.
