The Greater Green Bay Labor Council and The Greater Green Bay Labor Council’s AFL-CIO Community Services Program is sponsoring the 1st Annual Labor Day Drive-Thru Food Drive event on Monday.
The drive will take place at the Green Bay Labor Temple, located at 1570 Elizabeth Street in Green Bay, and will last from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The public is asked to bring donations to the Labor Temple parking lot on Labor Day and donate to those in hunger.
The Food Drive is accepting non-perishable food at its drive through food drive for distribution to area shelters and food pantries.
The Food Drive is replacing the GGBLC Community Services Committee’s Annual Labor Day Picnic that is normally held on Labor Day but was cancelled this year because of COVID 19.
