Two people have been displaced following a fire in the Green Bay suburb of Allouez.
The Green Bay Metro Fire Department responded to the call reporting the fire in the 600 block of Karen Lane at around 6:00 last evening.
According to reports, smoke was seen coming from the home when crews arrived and they were able to extinguish the blaze in about 5 minutes.
While no injuries were reported, the blaze did cause a reported $45,000 in damage.
There is no word on what caused the fire, but we do know it originated in the kitchen.
