A 46-year-old Ashwaubenon man was taken into custody following a domestic incident last week which resulted in the death of an Oshkosh woman.
Dennis Sutrick is currently being held in the Brown County Jail on charges of First-Degree Reckless Homicide, Felony Murder and Aggravated Battery.
The victim, who was only identified as a 54-year-old Oshkosh woman, died from injuries allegedly sustained from Sutrick last Friday.
No additional details have been released at this time.
