Manitowoc City Clerk Deborah Neuser has a few reminds for voters.
If you register to vote by mail, proper forms must be accompanied by an acceptable proof of residency document such as bank statements, utility bill, Wisconsin Driver’s License or State ID Card or paycheck stub with your name and current address.
Neuser adds that all absentee ballot requests must be accompanied by an acceptable form of photo ID such as a Wisconsin State Drivers License or photo ID card, U.S. Passport or a U.S. Uniformed Issued Military ID Card.
You can stop by the City Clerk’s Office in City Hall Monday thru Friday from 7:30 to 4:30 or call 686-6950 with any questions or go to www.MyVote.wi.gov.
