Bail is set at $10,000 for a 22-year-old Manitowoc woman accused of conspiring to an armed robbery earlier this month.
Taliyah N. Jackson is charged with Party to the Crime of Armed Robbery and Two Counts of Bail Jumping.
Police say that the victim set up a makeshift alarm at her residence in the Cedar Grove Apartment Complex, which would alert her of anyone entering.
She then went to her bedroom to watch television when a man came into her room pointing a gun at her demanding money.
He left before officers arrived with an undisclosed amount of cash and remains at large.
A young child was also at the residence, and no one was injured.
Phone records show a conversation between the suspect and Jackson, where Jackson said she would make sure the door was unlocked so the male suspect could enter the residence without trouble.
Conditions of bail are that Jackson have “no contact” with the Cedar Grove Apartment complex and provide photos and prints to MPD upon release.
She remains in the County Jail with an initial appearance scheduled for August 31st at 1:30.
