The Cities of Green Bay, Appleton, Milwaukee and Madison have all declared racism to be a public health crisis.
This comes in the wake of several protests and riots around the country after the shooting of Jacob Blake in Kenosha.
Leaders in these communities say the declaration will help identify the problems caused by racism and will help find solutions.
Reports indicate that it may be a few months before any real changes are made from this declaration.
