US Bank Stadium in Minneapolis is normally one of the loudest venues in the NFL.
When the Green Bay Packers open their season against the Vikings September 13th, how loud the stadium is will depend on how much producers jack up the sound on the speakers, as noisy Viking fans won’t be attending.
The Minnesota franchise says it won’t have any fans in attendance at either of its first two home games.
The Packers have made the same decision about their first two games at Lambeau Field.
