There is only one meeting on the docket for this evening in the City of Manitowoc.
The Plan Commission will be gathering at 6:00 PM in the Council Chambers in City Hall, and they will be holding three public hearings.
The first two are in relation to the rezoning of the 3400 block of Menasha Avenue into a Two-Family Residential property, and 606 Quay Street into a Central Business District.
The third hearing is a request for a conditional use permit for a property off of Albert Drive to be used as a concrete batch plant, stone crushing and bulk storage of product operation.
The Commission will also be holding a discussion regarding the re-recording of easements and easement expiration.
