Prosecution and defense agree on a verdict of not guilty by reason of mental disease or defect for 36-year-old Bradley Boettcher.

A Thursday hearing in Winnebago County Circuit Court will determine the length and conditions of his commitment to mental health treatment.
Dorn died of head injuries she suffered when her son attacked her.
