The Two Rivers Business Industrial Development Committee and the Community Development Authority will be holding a joint meeting this evening in the Council Chambers in City Hall.
At their 5:15 PM gathering they will be discussing a couple of items related to the Sandy Bay Highlands, specifically a contract with Berkshire Hathaway which expires in about a month, and the subdivision configurations.
They will also discuss what the plan is for a property in the 2000 block of Washington Street, before entering a closed session.
In that session they will discuss a revolving loan fund application from Hartman’s Bakery to open a location in the city. They currently operate at 901 North 11th Street in Manitowoc. No word on where exactly they plan to expand to in Two Rivers.
