A 21-year-old Green Bay man has been sentenced to one year in the Brown County Jail for a hit-and-run accident last year.
Prosecutors say Christopher Morris was legally drunk when he hit a local musician, then failed to stop and render aid.
Morris was sentenced Wednesday.
Ryan Donovan suffered brain injuries and spent some time in the Intensive Care Unit.
He has recovered, but in testimony at the sentencing hearing he told the court his lifetime injury affects his job, playing guitar, driving, walking – and he will need therapy.
