Two teens charged with homicide in an 11-year-old girl’s death have made a virtual appearance in Dane County Circuit Court.
19-year-old Perion Carreon and 16-year-old Andre Brown are accused in the August 11th fatal shooting in Madison.
Anisa Scott suffered a head wound and died two days later.
The girl’s father flagged down police officers in the parking lot of an AutoZone store, telling them someone began shooting at his car and his daughter was hit.
Investigators used surveillance video from multiple sources to identify the suspects.
