Milwaukee police have arrested a 14-year-old driver and a 25-year-old passenger in his car for a fatal accident involving a pedestrian Monday in Milwaukee.
Officers say the vehicle driven by the unlicensed teenager hit a parked vehicle, then hit an 82-year-old man on the sidewalk.
He was trapped underneath the vehicle, finally extricated and taken to a hospital where he died.
Milwaukee police haven’t released the names of any of the people involved in the afternoon incident.
