Manitowoc public schools will take part in the national school lunch and breakfast programs.
Janelle Schultz, Food Service director for the district, announced the program for the coming school year.
It provides meals either free or at a reduced price for those unable to pay the full price.
Household applications are required to receive the benefits. Eligibility is based on household size and income.
