The City of Manitowoc’s Common Council will be gathering at 6:30 this evening in the Council Chambers in City Hall.
At that meeting there will be several Public Hearings on the topics of parking, zone changing, and a conditional use permit for a transitional housing unit at 1114 South 11th Street.
Then the Finance Committee will look over a couple of applications for Class B Liquor and Fermented Malt Beverage licenses, before discussing what will be done with the remaining $38,031 in the COVID Small Business Grant Program.
Then, in a closed session, the Council will look over the Letter of Intent from Doneff’s Schuette Building.
