An Appleton man is facing his 7th OWI charge after he tipped over his motorcycle while intoxicated.
A Wisconsin State Patrol trooper was dispatched to the area of South Memorial Drive and Prospect Avenue in Outagamie County just before Midnight on Saturday.
The individual who reported the incident told the State Patrol that the biker had crashed, but it turned out that the driver had simply tipped over.
The Trooper identified the driver as 60-year-old Scott Sonnleitner, who was arrested on his 7th OWI charge.
It does not appear that Sonnleitner was injured in the incident.
