The J.E. Hamilton Community House in Two Rivers has been closed due to a small COVID-19 outbreak.
Terri Vosters, the Parks and Recreations Department Director for the City, made that announcement yesterday via a news release, stating, “While the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation continues to rapidly change, City staff will work to ensure essential municipal services are maintained as much as possible.”
The closure is only expected to be in place through Sunday August 23rd, but it could be extended if the situation does not get better.
Outdoor activities remain ongoing, with the exception of this evening’s Movie at Walsh Field, which has been cancelled.
