The Two Rivers Plan Commission is the only group meeting in the Cool City this evening.
The Commission will be gathering at 5:30 PM in the Council Chambers in City Hall and will be reviewing a request to designate a section of land in the Sandy Bay Highland as a Single and Double Family Residential District, as submitted by the City.
They will also be considering a couple of zoning code amendments. The first is in the Waterfront Business District, related to restaurants with indoor or outdoor seating, and the other to repeal and recreate the City’s Floodplain Ordinance.
