A Manitowoc woman is facing charges after she allegedly attacked a teenager.
According to the Police Report, the 18-year-old suspect approached the teen at Washington Park at around 8:00 last Thursday and accused her of spreading lies about her.
The victim was seated at a table, when the suspect began to become aggressive with her. The victim told police that she was struck several times and that the 18-year old suspect took her backpack.
Officers have attempted to locate the suspect but have been unsuccessful up to this point.
When she is apprehended, the suspect will be facing charges of Physical Abuse of a Child, and Robbery.
