Manitowoc’s Department of Engineering reminds motorists that beginning Monday South 13th Street between Franklin and Washington Streets will be closed thru October for reconstruction and the replacement of underground utilities.
Meanwhile-the section of Franklin Street between South 17th and 18th Streets will be closed starting Monday for work on the Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry Building which requires a crane to be placed in the roadway.
Traffic will be detoured around the construction area with the roadway anticipated to reopen by August 21st.
