The St. Nazianz man who was arrested earlier this week on child sex charges has already broken the terms of his bail.
Paul Otto was released from the Manitowoc County Jail on bail on Wednesday, and immediately began messaging someone via his mother’s Facebook account.
One of the conditions of bail was that Otto was not allowed to use or possess any internet enabled device.
The woman he was messaging immediately reported Otto to the Manitowoc Police Department.
He was arrested on a single felony bail jumping charge.
