The Manitowoc Bandits begin their quest for a second straight Shoreland League Title tonight-when they host the Casco A’s in the first game of a best-of-three series at Municipal Field.
The Bandits won their second straight Shoreland League regular season Championship-posting an 8-0 record, two-and-a-half games clear of second place Denmark, while Casco finished fourth at 2-6 with both wins coming against the Branch Blaze including a 5-3 victory Saturday to clinch a playoff spot.
The Bandits swept the two Game regular season series having won 8-0 in Casco July 20th and 5 to 1 two nights later in Manitowoc
