Even though many events throughout the area have decided to cancel due to the pandemic, the City of Two Rivers is pushing on with several next week.
Starting the weekend off a day early will be the annual Sundae Thursday celebration. This event celebrates that Two Rivers is the home of the ice cream sundae, and will have live music, a family fun area, and ice cream sundaes for only a quarter.
Then on Friday is the ever-popular Cool City Classic Car Cruise. The line of classic cars will line up at the UW Green Bay Manitowoc Campus, and will drive through downtown Manitowoc, along Maritime Drive, to Downtown Two Rivers, where they will then be available for viewing over the next two days.
And Rounding out the weekend is the Cool City Classic Car Show and Bands on the Beach on Saturday. Awards will be handed out to the top cars in several categories at the car show, and high energy alt-rock band Apollos Beacon will take the stage at Neshotah Beach at 6:00 PM.
