A 54-year-old Kenosha woman is charged with providing the drugs that led to five overdoses last week – one of them fatal.
Narcan was used to revive some of the victims.
All five people had taken what they believed was cocaine, but it apparently contained fentanyl.
The people who overdosed told Kenosha officers Deborah Turner had provided the drugs they had used.
Turner is charged with five counts of the delivery of narcotics and four counts of reckless endangerment.
