A Manitowoc man is facing his 4th OWI charge after he was found passed out in his vehicle.
An officer spotted the 32-year-old slumped over his steering wheel and his truck partially parked on a lawn in the 1300 block of South 39th Street at around 3:20 Saturday morning.
After several attempts to wake him up, the man finally unlocked the vehicle, and exited.
The officer noted the smell of alcohol on his breath, so he was taken into police custody, and transported to Holy Family Memorial Medical Center for a blood draw.
He is now facing not only his 4th OWI offense, but also six counts of Felony Bail Jumping
