A man and a woman are facing charges after they reportedly held a woman against her will in a Menasha home.
Officers became aware of the situation after seeing a Facebook post by the victim claiming she was being held against her will by “drug people”.
When officers arrived, they spoke with the Milwaukee resident, who claimed a 32-year-old Oshkosh man and a 24-year-old Appleton woman accused her of stealing money, and kept her locked in a room for several hours.
The suspects were arrested and charged with False Imprisonment, Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest Charges.
The victim was reportedly not injured during the incident and was taken back to Milwaukee by family.
