A one block section of Division Street in Manitowoc is going to be closed for a while today.
The 1100 block was shut down to traffic starting at 8:30 this morning so Manitowoc Public Utilities can replace a fire hydrant.
According to MPU Water Systems Manager, Rob Michaelson, the roadway will be reopened to traffic at around 1:00 PM, or whenever the work is completed.
