The Two Rivers Business and Industrial Development Committee and Community Development Authority will both be gathering in a joint meeting this evening.
The two entities will convene at 5:15 in the Council Chambers in City Hall to receive updates on the Sandy Bay Highlands, including promotional options for the area.
Hey will also receive an update regarding the Non-Profit COVID Relief Grant Fund before entering a closed session.
In that session they will discuss and possibly take action on a counter offer for the former Paragon Partners Property.
