Manitowoc Public Utilities has announced that effective immediately, their front office will be closed to the public.
In a news release they say “MPU has taken several actions commensurate with federal, state and county government guidance, to help ensure our business and operations continuity.”
There are still several ways to make contact with the electrical service, including calling the Customer Service Call Center at 920-683-4600, which will be available from 8:00-4:30, or you can email MPUCustomerService@mpu.org.
Payment options include mailing in your bill to PO Box 41 in Manitowoc, calling 1-877-653-0380 with your account information, going to the Online Customer Portal at MPU.org, or by using the Depository Drop Box located in the parking lot at 1303 South 8th Street.
MPU is continuing to monitor this situation and evaluate additional actions as recommended.
