Showing no lingering effects of a four-month layoff, the Milwaukee Bucks roared to 80 first-half points in their Saturday scrimmage against Sacramento.
Topped by Kyle Korver’s 22 points, the Bucks whipped the Kings 131-123.
Giannis Antetokounmpo and Khris Middleton didn’t play in the second half. Center Brook Lopez continued to show an improved shooting touch, hitting four-of-six three-pointers while scoring 21.
Milwaukee connected on 20-of-45 bombs.
Guard Eric Bledsoe is back but isn’t expected to play in today’s (Monday’s) final scrimmage against the New Orleans Pelicans.
