Manitowoc Police Issues Correction on Statement Regarding the Vehicle in the River

There was a correction issued by the Mnaitowoc Police Department regarding the vehicle in the river incident Friday night.

The updated statement says that the vehicle actually struck another vehicle before entering the river, not a tree.
