The Green Bay Packers front office says the team is one of three finalists to host the 2024 N-F-L Draft.
It also wants to bring the Big Ten Conference championship game to Lambeau Field at least once by 2030.
President and C-E-O Mark Murphy told Packers shareholders about the situation during Thursday’s annual meeting, which was held online.
Murphy points to the Resch Expo exhibit center being built across the street from Lambeau Field and the continued development of the 45-acre Titletown District.
He says Notre Dame and the University of Wisconsin plan to reschedule the game they were going to play this year at the historic stadium, probably to the 2022 football season.
