The Milwaukee Bucks started to look like the Bucks from earlier this season when they pulled away from San Antonio in the third period Thursday and went on to win the scrimmage 113-92.
Giannis Antetokounmpo picked up five fouls in the first half, but that didn’t keep him from scoring 22 points in 21 minutes. He also had four assists, three rebounds and three steals, saying after the game he wasn’t back in “basketball shape” yet.
Khris Middleton led the attack in the third period when the Bucks buried the Spurs. He had 16 points in 21 minutes, including a team-high five assists.
Milwaukee plays the Sacramento Kings Saturday in a game with an 11:30 a-m tipoff.
