
A 36-Year-old Manitowoc man is in custody for allegedly breaking into multiple vehicles on the city’s northside.
Justin Hall is charged with three counts of Theft from a vehicle, Obstructing an Officer-One count of Felony Bail Jumping and eight counts of Misdemeanor Bail Jumping.
Police and undercover units were patrolling the area early Tuesday morning and were alerted by citizens that provided a description of Hall utilizing home surveillance video pointing out his last location. An undercover officer spotted Hall hiding behind a convenience store who fled on foot only to be taken into custody a short time later without incident.
The male suspect admitted to police that he had committed the crimes stealing multiple items including handguns.
A search warrant at his residence in the 2100 block of Lexington Drive uncovered more stolen property including an additional handgun.
Hall remains in the County Jail on a Probation Hold.
