An Appleton man who has a history of sex related crimes, is once again facing charges.
40 year old Darrin McElhatton was in court on Tuesday where he was officially charged with Receiving Child Pornography and Possessing Child Pornography.
According to the indictment, McEhlatton was in possession of multiple videos and pictures of young boys being sexually abused.
McElhatton was previously convicted of Sexual Exploitation of a Child in 2011, and Possession of Child Pornography in 2014, and served prison time for both.
If convicted, McElhatton will spend a minimum of 15 years in prison, but could be locked up for as many as 40.
