The School District of Mishicot approved a plan to resume school this fall at their Board of Education meeting on Monday.
According to Superintendent Paul Orlich, 520 parents took part in a survey about how they would like to see school take place, with a “majority” indicating that they wanted a traditional return to classes.
In a letter to parents and guardians, Orlich said “Therefore, our current plan is for the majority of students to participate in traditional in class learning five days per week this fall. Those who prefer that their child not physically attend school will have the option of attending school virtually through our district.”
Details about how the E-learning will be conducted, and more information about the reopening can be found at mishicot.k12.wi.us.
